What's New! **
The new Guitar (Feb/10/10)
The
new guitar is an Eastman
AC320CE Dreadnought. I had been planning on making a
change since the last Guitar Camp at Swannanoa in July of 2009.
But
not working much last year forced me to postpone. Had my heart
set on
a Tanglewood, but went with this Eastman instead. One of the few
that
are still handmade. Got an immediate onsite approval from my
friend
Bob Hicks who was in town at the time. Not sure what to do with
the Washburn right now. Have some sentimental feelings, I
guess. But come out to one of the gigs.

New Open Mic Venue (Nov/09)
This will be the third consecutive week of Weds Open Mics at Spectators Pub in Willoughby Hills. Tony & Bobbie Yerman hosted the first two weeks, Quinn Sands will host this Wed, Nov 4. Music starts around 8 PM. All levels of musical ability welcome. And you can feel free to grab anyone else who's there that you might want to have up there with you.
The anniversary of the passing of Rick Harrison (Nov 14, 2009)
Hard to believe that it's been a year already. A year ago from this day, four musicians/friends were getting ready for an afternoon rehearsal at my house. Before we even started, Rick passed out over his keyboard and never woke up. It all happened so fast. Less than 10 minutes. The two of us did some music sessions together, as well as a couple of gigs. I miss him dearly.
